A branch of the Soupman chain of soup take-out restaurants in Midtown in New York on Wednesday, June 14, 2017. Soupman Inc., which licenses the intellectual property of Al Yeganeh, the "Soup Nazi" from the Seinfeld show,  filed for bankruptcy protection citing among other reasons the liabilities incurred when the former CFO was indicted for allegedly failing to pay income tax, Medicare and FICA for their employees.
